Carl Mears began working with his dad after school at the young age of 12. Working hard after school, during the summer, he soon developed a knack for the business.
After serving in the Army with the 82nd Airborne he returned home to Oklahoma working for Floyd Weldon Construction for a year learning another way of creating excellent concrete projects.
In 1977, Carl decided to strike out on his own, and has been working as a small business owner ever since.
